Built an interactive tool to surface the full breadth of PlaceOS use cases — especially the integration-driven workflows that don't fit neatly into traditional product pages. Designed to help Sales, Partners, and enterprise buyers explore how the platform applies across verticals and technical environments.

Key Achievements

  • Designed and delivered a searchable discovery tool structured by product, integration, and industry
  • Mapped dozens of real-world use cases previously siloed in internal decks and POCs
  • Enabled Sales and Partner teams to better tailor conversations and proposals

Challenge

Our most compelling use cases were buried — spread across decks, emails, and proof-of-concept work. Buyers, partners, and even internal teams lacked a clear way to understand what the platform actually did in the wild.

Insight

We weren't a product with features — we were a platform that changed based on what you connected to it. The use case library needed to reflect that modularity and flexibility without overwhelming users.

Action

Built a dynamic search and filter interface based on actual integrations, industries, and platform modules. Wrote clear, benefit-led use case summaries and applied internal metadata for future reuse. Designed it for self-serve exploration by partners and sales leads.

Results

Became a go-to internal resource for Sales and Partnerships. Helped surface lesser-known product capabilities and made the platform's scale easier to understand. Improved discovery and demo tailoring for high-complexity enterprise accounts.
